Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. This policy is governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and applicable rules thereunder. By registering, participants agree to these terms.
2. Delegate registration cancellation requests must be made in writing via email up to 7 days before the event.
- • Fees will be refunded after deduction of reasonable administrative charges.
- • Failure to attend the event without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Delegate substitutions or transfers are not allowed.
3. In case of postponement or cancellation by the organiser, registrations will be carried forward to the new dates.
- • If the participant cannot attend, they may request a transfer or a credit note for future events.
- • In case of full cancellation (not postponement), participants are entitled to a full refund of the registration fee, or an optional credit note (if accepted by the participant).
- • The organizer shall not be liable for indirect costs (travel, hotel, etc.).
4. The organizer shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- • Acts of God
- • Government restrictions
- • Pandemics
- • Strikes, civil unrest, or war
In such cases:
- • Refunds may not be mandatory.
- • However, credit notes / transfers should be offered as a fair practice.
5. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
6. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
7. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharastra, India.
- • Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution before legal proceedings.
