Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. ⁠This policy is governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and applicable rules thereunder. By registering, participants agree to these terms.

2. Delegate registration cancellation requests must be made in writing via email up to 7 days before the event.

Delegate substitutions or transfers are not allowed.

3. In case of postponement or cancellation by the organiser, registrations will be carried forward to the new dates.
